Chocolate cookies

Since the autumn has arrived, it's really cold here in the Czech republic. I was in a baking mood today so I tried to bake cookies for the first time! I really enjoyed it and Kessy was helping me, I lit up some candles and made myself a cup of hot herbal tea. I love herbal tea so much! I think I did pretty good cookies for the first time and guys...they tasted delicious! I absolutely love them! I'll found the recipe in some magazine, I'll write the recipe here so you can try it.

I am back & 365 project!

Hellooo everyone!
I have been off from blogging for a couple of months now. I really don't know why. I was enjoying summer holidays, I was doing videos and reading and having fun with our animals. A lot of happened in the last few months. I started my senior year at high school, we've got a new puppy, I am struggling with choosing a university although I don't know if I really want to go to uni. I am very stressed in these days, because of the school and graduation, I don't have much time for things I love doing in my free time, I don't have enough sleep...it is horrible. But, I will handle this.
So as I was thinking about my life a lot, about what I want to do when I graduate, what is my passion, what I like to do...Because I don't want to be one of those people who have job they don't like or they hate. I don't want to go back home from work unhappy and upset. So I was thinking a lot about all these things and I found two things that I love to do. Photography and video.

Back in time

Hellooo!
Last weekend my brother asked me if I would do a photoshoot of him and his classmates. It's a kind of tradition in his school that the class who is on their school for the last year is doing photoshoot in our traditional folk costumes. And this year I was asked to do it for them. I was super excited, because it was my brother's class and his classmates are really nice people. The weather was soo amazing, we couldn't wish for better weather. We took about 1300 photos and from these I chose about 300 photos for them. Today I want to share the best of them with you here. I hope you'll enjoy them watching as I enjoyed them taking. Thank you.

Danny the new puppy

Hello there!
My grandpa bought a new puppy yesterday night! His old dog Ťapka is very sick, she has a lung cancer and the vet said it is very bad. My grandpa was really broken to hear those words and he was very sad for the last couple of days. So we did some searching on the internet and found this little guy there. We showed grandpa and he said he wants to see him. He fell in love with him and took this little puppy home with us. He named him Danny.

YouTube channel & redesigning my FB page?

Hello there :)
As you may noticed I've been gone for a few weeks...maybe months. A lot of things happened since last post on this blog. I was trying and learning new things and skills, doing some school stuff and thinking about my life, myself...The last thing I mentoined is the most important thing in my opinion. I was struggling with my future for a long time now. I didn't know what I want to do for living and always finding a profession with high salary, because I wanted ,,good life'' for myself and my family. But in a last couple of weeks I just told myself STOP! I realised if I will be doing my job just for the money that won't be working. Yes, I could take my family for their dream vacation, buy them lovely things, but I won't enjoy it with them, because I'd been under stress from my work or something. I realised that I don't need any money to make someone happy. I realised that any money can't buy happiness. I realised that if I will be doing something I love to do and I will doing it with all my heart and passion I can create amazing things. And these things can inspire someone else to do more of what makes them happy.
So as I realised that, I took my camera and started to film. I always like to take pictures since I was little girl with those high ponytails on the sides of my head. My mom and dad called them dog's ears. My mom and dad used to have a camera and I remember dad was carrying it everywhere so he could film me, my mom and my brother. We have a lot of tapes from the times we were little. Then, when I got older we bought our first digital camera. It was Sony I think...ordinary, cheap digital camera. But you could film on it. I figured out how to use it and that's when my first little videos were born.
I really like watching world through the camera and then show it to my family. I was filming my pets and the world around them.
Since those times I purchased more expensive dslr Canon camera and some more gear, because I wanted my little films to be better. I learnt how to cut and edit them, which I really enjoy. Now I am finally ready to share some of my little films with others. Not just with my family. I want share my films with you.
I think I finally found myself and I am finally doing something I am passionate about. And this is my advice to all of you: Just do what you love. Don't care what other people think about you, don't care if they're laughing at you. Screw them. Let them concentrate their thoughts on you while you are concentrating your own on something that you love and you can create something incredible and beautiful.
So, it is my pleasure now to invite you to my YouTube channel and redesigned Fb page. I hope you will enjoy my content, hit those like buttons and subscribe for more. I appreciate everyone of you who are watching and I would love to welcome every new viewer. Thank you so much.

Have a nice day :)

Projects I did in a cooperation with Flod and The Florentine

Hello :))
Today, I want to finally show you some of the projects I did in Italy.
So some of you may know that I am studying graphic design and I like to draw. Our school sent us to research fellowship to Florence. We were working in a graphic studio called Flod in the centre of the city. They are sharing offices with a magazine called The Florentine, which is the English-speaking magazine in Florence. When I first saw the offices I was impressed. I love it there! There were incredible paintings by our ,,boss'' Leo, lovely desks....really beautiful space.
Basically, most of our work was editing articles for the magazine. But after they saw our sketchbooks, they asked us to do some illustrations for posters and then do a whole cover for the next issue! That was a huge thing and I am so grateful for that opportunity! Let me show you the pictures...

This is the cover. All these illustrations are mine, except the three hands. The hands drew my classmate Mária. It was a food issue, so we were drawing a typical food for Florence and Italy. I enjoyed it a lot.

Snapshots from Siena

Helloooo! :)
I'm home for almost a week I think and I still didn't post photos from my last weekend trip in Italy. Actually it was a penultimate weekend...but it was the last trip weekend.
Leo took us to Siena. We went with Leo only, because Hanka was out of town. So Leo was taking care of us and he said that he feels like a dad when he's looking after us and going on trips with us. Which was really sweet, so since then we call him dad Leo and mom Hanka. So yeah...that happened. I have Italian parents now, which is amazing, haha!
When we arrived to Siena, I was impressed! That city is so beautiful! All those little streets between houses, small restaurants, gelaterias and other little shops...it was wonderful. We visited Piazza del Campo where you can find Palazzo Pubblico or Tore del Mangia. Leo told me about Palio di Siena, which is a horse race that is held twice each year, on July 2 and August 16. Ten horses and riders are riding bareback and in appropriate colours in a circles on Piazza del Campo representing ten of the seventeen contrade. The race itself lasts about 90 seconds and the horses with their jockeys needs to ride 3 circles around the square. It is common that a few of the jockeys to be thrown off their horses while making the treacherous turns in the piazza.
We also visited Siena cathedral which was assolutamente incredibile! It was the most gorgeous cathedral I've ever seen!
Alright guys...no more talking, let's have a look on the photos. Enojy!

Snapshots from Lucca and Pisa & Maxi Grande Panini

Heellooooo! :)
I promised you another photo post and this one will be from Lucca and Pisa again. We went to Lucca and Pisa again, because Hanka had some stuff to do there, so we were going around the town, looking for places we haven't discovered yet and it was such a great time! The weather was amazing, Leo was joking and trying to speak Czech again...I just enjoyed it. We went to a beautiful shop with food where we had lunch. We all had panini which is something like a sandwich. Mine was with lettuce, tomatoes and mozzarella. The most amazing thing about this lunch was that you told the guy that you want the panini, you want it with this and that and he just passed around you, grabbed fresh tomatoes from a shop window, mozzarella and a leaf of lettuce and started to make the panini right before you. It was amazing! It was something I've never seen before.
After this lunch we had some coffee and ice cream with chocolate and then we headed to Pisa. It was really lovely trip. I will miss all these people and trips...hope I'll come back soon.
